Manifesto

The purpose of this Manifesto is to brief politicians, policy makers and media on the theological rationale and policy position on social issues addressed by the NSW Council of Churches (page 3).
Written by former Public Affairs Director Rod Benson, as a general policy statement to be sent to members of Parliament and other interested parties as an explanation of the work of the Council (page 2).
