Recapitulates on Lord Grey's circular letter to the Colonial Governors regarding the precedence of the Roman Catholic prelates. Gives an overview of the internal affairs of the church regarding Rev. Sconce's membership to the Roman Catholic Church and the effect on his church at St. Andrews.
