Gives an account of the situation regarding money and clergymen including the sickness of many of the clergy.Reports on the proceedings of the Episcopal Conference. Writes that he is anxious to begin his journey around the Diocese and reports on the amount of money raised for the New Caledonian Mission and on the affairs of the college.
