Not dated but refers to his illness and to recent arrangements made for him to live outside of Sydney. This would put the date of it's creation at approximately 1906. Discussing past year at the college, the progress of students, his health problems, and the problem of obtaining candidates for Holy Orders, particularly for the Sydney Diocese. Mentions also the need to bring the college chapel from Liverpool to the new site at Newtown.
