Not dated but refers to his illness and to recent arrangements made for him to live outside of Sydney. This would put the date of it's creation at approximately 1906. Discussing past year at the college, the progress of students, his health problems, and the problem of obtaining candidates for Holy Orders, particularly for the Sydney Diocese. Mentions also the need to bring the college chapel from Liverpool to the new site at Newtown.

Forwarding on the resolutions passed by the Standing Committee of Synod, and the Chapter of St Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney, which recorded the loss sustained by the Church upon the death of Canon Jones, and expressed deep sympathy with the family.
