Interfiled chronologically within the minutes are reports, agendas, agenda papers and minute papers. Includes minutes of the Executive Committee and the Finance Sub-Committee.

This series contains medals, pendants and other jewellery owned by Mary Andrews. Of particular importance is her Order of Australia (AM) medal awarded in 1980 for Services to Religion. The series also includes commemorative medals issued by the International Biographical Association, a wooden cross with a raised floral pattern worn by Deaconess Schleicher (the first deaconess in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney, circa1885), and Deaconess Andrews' personal collection of pendants, earrings, etc which includes her Deaconess emblems and pins.

Articles submitted for publication in the magazine are either manuscript (pencil) or typescript. The series includes numerous news clippings, pamphlets and articles submitted to, or collected by RT Pearson for publication. Some of these items are undated. Printing quotes, receipts and a proof copy of the first magazine are included.

RT Pearson was Secretary of the Sunday School Teachers' Association; these appear to be his own notes to assist in the instruction of confirmation classes. Exercise book, lined pages, covered with brown paper. Cover torn otherwise in good condition.
