Consideration and explanation of the happiness experienced with the knowledge that a future state exists, and the rewards and punishments to be experienced in that State. Concludes with an exhortation on the experiences of sinners and believers after death.

Determines to what extent Jesus will answer prayer and for what end he will answer the prayer. Concludes with the inference that some appear to embrace God and Jesus but their lives do not correspond with this. Warns of the time when religion will be tried.
