Message Home: an Australia wide possibility - telephone relay service
Proposal for a nation-wide telephone relay service for those who are estranged or separated from their family, but wish to let them know they are safe and well. Outlines potential collaborators including the police and the Salvation Army, and a financial plan for implementation.
