Suggests that a portion of his own emolument may be used to establish additional Bishoprics in the colony and has brought the matter before Governor Gipps. Outlines the reasons for establishing additional Bishoprics. Gives an account of church matters in his diocese including Mr. Moore's will. Appraisal of Aurillon's Guide for Lent which he has been reading on his journey throughout the Diocese.
