Charles Troutman was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, and studied at Wheaton College. Illinois. In 1942 he married Lois Dickason. In 1936 Charles became a staff member with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship in Canada, then was sent to Michigan in 1939. After military service he became Associate General Secretary of IVF in the US from 1946-1953. He and his family moved to Australia and in 1954 Troutman became General Secretary of IVF Australia. In 1961 he became General Director, and served on the executive committee of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students. In 1966 he joined Latin America Mission and moved to Costa Rica. He retired in 1979 and he and Lois moved to Arizona. Charles died in 1990 and Lois in 1991.

Kanishka Raffel graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity from Moore College in 1996. He served at St Matthew's Wanniassa from 1996-1999, and then moved to the Diocese of Perth where he served for 16 years (1999-2016) as Rector of St Matthew's Shenton Park. He obtained a Master of Arts in Theology from Moore College in 2010. Raffel was appointed Dean of St Andrew's Cathedral in 2016 and installed in that position on 4 February 2016. F.H.B. Dillon studied at Moore College and graduated in 1924 with the Licenciate in Theology. He was ordained deacon in 1924 and priest in 1925. After working as curate at St Andrew's Summer Hill, he spent 2 years with the Bush Church Aid Society. From 1926-1928 he was priest-in-charge in Willochra, and in 1928 was deputationist for BCA. He worked in parish ministry in various Sydney parishes until 1946 when he moved to Adelaide to become rector of Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide. In 1952 he became rector of St Clement's Mosman, and retired in 1959 and died the same year. He married Doris Percival in 1928.
