St Cuthbert's Church, Naremburn
The Anglican Counselling Centre was constituted in 1963 and incorporated in 1990. The Centre had its origins as the Marriage Guidance Centre, a ministry of St Andrew's Cathedral. In 1963, a council was constituted by ordinance to carry out the work of the Centre. It was integrated with the Sydney Anglican Home Mission Society (now Anglicare) in 2000.
Young Evangelical Churchman's League
The Young Evangelical Churchman's League began in the 1930s with the aim of promoting reformed evangelical doctrine through meetings and literature. It ceased operating in the mid 1950s, before being re-constituted in 1964.

The Deaconess Institution began training Deaconesses at 'Bethany' in Balmain in 1891. Deaconess House, in Carillon Ave, had been the training institution for Deaconesses in Sydney since 1916. It became Mary Andrews College in 1997 and is currently located in St Andrew's House.
Mothers' Union (United Kingdom)
The Catholic Apostolic Church originated in Scotland in the 1830s. It is also called the Irvingite Church, after Edward Irving (1792–1834), a clergyman of the Church of Scotland credited with organising the movement.
Formed in 1974, just before the May 1974 federal election. Its aim was to support and advocate for political policies that supported the family.
