The Archbishop of Sydney was the ex officio President of the Board.

Peter Jensen (chairman and editor), W.J. Dumbrell and P.T. O'Brien formed the committee with the aim of producing a theological journal similar to the Reformed Theological Review. The proposed publication did not proceed.

First formed by Archbishop H.W.K. Mowll in 1939 to provide services to men and women in the armed forces. Constituted by Ordinance 1958.

The Youth Department of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney was established in 1950 by Archbishop H.W.K. Mowll, with Rev Graham Delbridge as the first Director. Rev Delbridge had been appointed the first Chaplain for Youth in 1942. In 1998 the Anglican Youthworks organisation was formed, with a Council consisting of the Archbishop and 11 other members, including the CEO.
