Festo Kivengere was converted to Christianity at a revival meeting in 1939. He then became a minister and Bishop of Kigezi. When dictator Idi Amin came to power, he and his wife fled to Rwanda. In 1969 he was invited by Michael Cassidy to join African Enterprise. He was a friend of Billy Graham and became known as the "Billy Graham of Africa". He wrote the book 'I love Idi Amin'. After Amin's downfall he returned to Uganda and continued an active ministry until his death from leukaemia in 1988. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Festo_Kivengere https://dacb.org/stories/uganda/kivengere-festo/
